What is the school famous or known for (for more modest ones:) The school, which used to be a railway technical college, has the largest model railway in Poland. It also is renowned for its modern technological equipment, having its own TV studio to broadcast messages around the school

Does the school have any geniuses (Rich says it should be genii) and what in?
Maciej Stebach - history,
Marta Larysz –general knowledge competition winner
This year four of the students got the Prime Minister’s stipendium prize.
Last year our students won a ‘computer building’ competition, achieving it in a record time of 3 minutes 48 seconds
We annually take part in competitions, such as history, and regularly win prizes.

Unusual lessons: in our schools there are many lessons prepared with use of multimedia techniques and so called ‘linked lessons’ connecting a few subjects. For example during an English lesson on which students are finding out about the history of the Vikings, they may be introduced to a computer game. Then on the next lesson they play the game which takes them to the times of Vikings (and of course they use English version of the game). It is only one example but there are many of them in our school as most of the teachers use computer techniques on their lessons
