Travels in time; sounds fun doesn't it and, who knows, one day it may be possible. Till then you can have some fun here finding out about the past and giving us your views and impressions of it.

We will write a brief summary of the history of each country, split into different periods of time.

Then, in the events section, you, yes you, can write a short newspaper-like story about any event you wish that has taken place in this countries history. If you live in the country, that is great but if you come from outside and are studying then you can write a report "From a foreign correspondent". If we feel in the mood we might submit some stories too.

The time journal is a chance to use your imagination and travel back in time with us. We give you the start to the story and you carry on from there but remember this is our past you are playing with so take care.

Finally, in the day history happened we ask you to write about, or interview someone about, a day in your countries history or in your life which had a big effect on your life or life in general.
